Accomplishments for 2004

Don attended the National Leave No Trace Coordinators meeting for federal agencies in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Youth staff were invited to teach 800 staff members at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico prior to serving as staff at a National Order of the Arrow Conference the following month.

Youth served as nature awareness staff at Iowa State University in Ames Iowa for the National Order of the Arrow Conference with 7,500 participants.  Their area was the only area totally staffed by young people.

Youth staff taught participants at Teton High Adventure Base in Jackson, Wyoming.

The nature awareness and conservation message reached 50,578 people during 2004.
